Fidelon publishes evaluations of advisors built from public regulatory records. If we report on you, we give you the right to see what we hold and to challenge anything that misstates the record.

Access Your File
You can request a complete copy of everything Fidelon holds about you, including your TransparencyScore and every data source behind it. Free, once a year.
Dispute Inaccurate Information
If you believe anything in your Fidelon file is inaccurate or incomplete, you can file a dispute. We investigate within 30 days (45 if you send us more information along the way) and correct or delete anything we cannot verify against the public record. If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can add a statement of dispute (up to 100 words) to your file. See the Dispute & Correction Policy for the full process and timelines.
Add Your Side of the Story
If we investigate and still disagree with you, you can add a statement of up to 100 words to your file. We publish it alongside the record it concerns, so anyone reading your profile sees your response where it matters — not buried somewhere else.
We Don't Serve Hiring Decisions
Fidelon profiles are not set up to be used for employment, hiring, or affiliation decisions, and we don't unlock full reports for that purpose. Anyone using background information about you to make a hiring decision takes on their own obligations to you under federal law — those duties fall on them, not on Fidelon.
